TNC coax connectors
TNC coax connectors are basically BNC connectors with threaded coupling. TNC connectors are rugged and weatherproof, making them ideal for use with outdoor applications. TNC connectors are available for 50ohm and 75ohm applications. 50ohm TNC connectors operate at frequencies from DC to 11 Ghz, while 50 ohm TNC connectors operate up to 1Ghz. TNC connectors from LTI conform to MIL-C-39012 specifications. TNC connectors are most often used for defense and radar systems.
